The results are pretty clear. My team smashing the lady Hyrox event Cardiff 🏴We’ve got Shay and Chip, who have got quicker as partners , and Ellie and Shay are getting faster in mixed doubles too. Amy and Rich first time solo and Alex going in the 3rd solo.
Throughout the season, one thing is evident: their dedication to training. They really give it their all, even when it’s tough in the cave! 😂 But they keep coming back for more, and we’ve shared some good laughs along the way.
There are definitely a few others who deserve a shoutout for various reasons which will be coming.
Roll on next season for quicker more caves and laughs

had an incredible time participating in the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Tommy’s charity! That’s another milestone checked off. The spectators showed up in thousands from start to finish, with singers, bands, and drummers creating a great atmosphere. Congrats to all the other runners who finished! It was a fantastic day great vibes 💪

I create my own journey. I set my own challenges. I cherish my own memories. The results truly reflect the effort I put in day after day, week after week, and year after year. Training consistently, I strive for my peak performance and enjoy every moment of it. 🏃♂️💪

🚨Official Hyrox Performance Coach🚨
I’ve been traveling across the country and even internationally to participate in Hyrox races, from solo events to doubles, and now gearing up for back-to-back seasons. It’s a real passion of mine that keeps my skills sharp. I’ve seen the highs and lows of racing, and with 20 races under my belt, plus my background as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist, I know what it takes to help others perform at their best. I’ve guided numerous clients through their journeys, and I’m excited to coach many more!

Had a great time running the Nice Half Marathon in Cardiff today with friend .fitness , client , and Lee. Continuing with those winter runs as part of my training plan. Weather🌧️❄️ just get on with it.
