On Tuesday, our amazing PT Angela had the pleasure of delivering a wellness and fitness session for an incredible team at Changing Lives πͺ
Changing Lives is a national charity doing outstanding work supporting vulnerable people facing homelessness, addiction, abuse, and unemployment β so it was a privilege for Angela give them all a little boost with fitness and fun.
The team brought amazing energy to the session and took part in a fantastic 45-minute class featuring Tabata, kettlebells, and Les Mills Shapes π₯
A beautiful bouquet of flowers arrived yesterday for Angela as a thank you for making this happen π
The smiles just show how much everyone loved the class π
We love supporting the community and PT Angela has done a wonderful job βΊοΈπ
