Happy International Lifeguard Appreciation Day!

Today we’re celebrating the incredible team who help keep our pool a safe, fun and welcoming place for everyone.

Did you know our lifeguards do so much more than watch the water? 👀 They:
🏊 Complete monthly pool rescue training, CPR and defibrillator training.
⏱️ Pass timed swim and emergency response assessments.
📋 Know and uphold all pool rules, safety procedures and swimmer ratios.
🎓 Keep their qualifications up to date to ensure they’re always ready to respond.
⭐ And many of them work across multiple departments, helping members throughout the club!

As a small thank you, every one of our lifeguards has received a David Lloyd goodie bag and a personalised water bottle as a token of our appreciation. 🎁
