How are you spending your summer? ☀️

From relaxing by the outdoor pool to family days out, BBQs, fitness and everything in between, there’s something for everyone at David Lloyd Newcastle.

☀️ Summer is just around the corner, and there’s no better time to make sure your child knows how to stay safe in and around water.

From 15th–28th June, our All Stars swimmers will be taking part in a special two week Water Safety Course, designed to build confidence and teach essential life-saving skills.

👕 Swimmers in Stage 4 and above will be putting their skills to the test while swimming in their pyjamas!

🌊 Our younger swimmers will learn how to stay afloat and what to do if they ever find themselves in difficulty in the water.

🏅 Swimmers in Stages 3, 5 and 7 will also be working towards achieving their Water Safety Awards.

Water safety is a skill for life, and we’re excited to help our swimmers become safer and more confident in the water this summer!

With sunshine on the forecast and activities for everyone, it’s set to be an amazing weekend 😍

FOR THE KIDS
🏴‍☠️ Swashbuckling Pirate Party — Saturday at 1pm
🎨 Face Painting — Sunday from 1pm
⭐ DL Kids feature classes running across the weekend

FOR THE FAMILIES
💦 Family Splash with the DL Kids Team — Sunday at 2:30pm

🏊‍♂️ Outdoor Pool Family Swim Times:
Friday — 3pm–6pm
Saturday & Sunday — 10am–5pm

🍔 BBQ running Saturday & Sunday from 12pm–4pm

FOR THE ADULTS
🍷 Wine Tasting with Claire — Sunday at 4pm

☀️ Adult outdoor pool swim times:
Friday — adults only before 3pm & from 6pm until close
Saturday & Sunday — adults only before 10am & from 5pm until close

And the fun doesn’t stop there… heading into Half Term week, family swim times will run Monday–Sunday from 10am–5pm 🙌
