After a few months soaking up the newborn bubble with beautiful baby Donnie, we’re so excited to welcome Rosie back to the studio from Sunday 19th July!

We’ve missed her energy, creative class plans, words of encouragement and of course, that stunning northern accent too 🫶🏽💖

Rosie will be back teaching her usual classes at Core on:

✨ Sundays: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Rita was nominated by our studio manager Alice, and was backed by a resounding “YES!!” and so much praise/recognition for all her hard work - from each and every one of our instructors 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

In response to the gift of a well deserved treat and pamper session at NC welling, Rita told us…

“It actually took me about 3 months to pluck up the courage to come into the studio. I had a health scare last year and needed to build up my strength. I didn’t want a gym membership as I knew I would not be seen as an individual so I was looking for a place where there would be someone watching and guiding, throughout the exercises. 

I’m so happy I made that decision to walk into your studio. I was greeted with the biggest smile and so much positivity as I explained my issues - which included an unknown stroke, and Georgia encouraged me to come in and said “we’ll look after you”

Since then I can confidently say I’ve found my happy place. Inside I’m much stronger and happier, with help from all the team who keep an eye on me and make sure that I’m safe as well encouraging me in every class.

Thank you to you all for your commitment, kindness and support to all of your members.”

Magic Mike is BACK! 🔥 After tonnes of requests for one of our OG instructors to be back in the studio two nights a week, we’re delighted to announce that Mike will be back on Tuesday evenings, in addition to his normal Monday night sessions 🙌🏽

As of 1st June you’ll be able to join him for class on:
