Start getting stronger... without leaving your living room ๐Ÿ‘€

If youโ€™ve ever talked yourself out of getting fitter (sounds a bit like this ๐Ÿ‘‡)...

Then start with this simple strengthening practice in the comfort of your living room ๐Ÿ‘‡

Sit-to-stands (yes, really)

๐Ÿ‘‰ Sit on a chair
๐Ÿ‘‰ Stand up without using your hands
๐Ÿ‘‰ Slowly sit back down
๐Ÿ‘‰ Repeat 10 times

Thatโ€™s the beginning of your strength training, right there.

Youโ€™re working your legs, your core, your balance... all in one simple move.

Do 2-3 rounds of that and tell me you donโ€™t feel it ๐Ÿ˜…

This is what I mean when I say it doesnโ€™t need to be complicated.

It just needs to be consistent.
