Start getting stronger... without leaving your living room ๐
If youโve ever talked yourself out of getting fitter (sounds a bit like this ๐)...
โI donโt have timeโ
โI donโt have equipmentโ
โI wouldnโt even know where to startโ
Then start with this simple strengthening practice in the comfort of your living room ๐
Sit-to-stands (yes, really)
๐ Sit on a chair
๐ Stand up without using your hands
๐ Slowly sit back down
๐ Repeat 10 times
Thatโs the beginning of your strength training, right there.
Youโre working your legs, your core, your balance... all in one simple move.
Do 2-3 rounds of that and tell me you donโt feel it ๐
This is what I mean when I say it doesnโt need to be complicated.
It just needs to be consistent.
