Its been a busy start to Spring at MKM!
2 x Brand new bits of kit for the gym:
- Leg Press - Hack squat - Calf raise machine
- Stairmaster
This adds to our fully kitted out members only gym even more 💪
And our first ever beginners course running in June was put out to our followers and is already nearly sold out. Public adverts go live this week 🙏

At MKM our juniors know...
A great mindset that is nurtured on the mats will take you anywhere in life. When you're tired and excuses start creeping in, that's when it matters. That's when it's important to remember that nobody cares, work harder.
Proof is below, a tough and tiring session ended with smiles all round and an acknowledgement of the above.
There are few better ways to build a strong mindset and character than martial arts.
