Hamilton Pilates was started in 2007 by Debbie Johnson, a qualified osteopath and the studio space opened in 2013. The studio classes are now run by Nicola Rooney and we have a lovely team of instructors for pilates and other classes and workshops. Currently at the studio we have Mat Pilates, Yoga, Kid's Dance Classes, and also Glow Bambino classes and Wim Hof workshops.
