Whether you’re looking to stay active, build confidence, or simply find out more about the programme, everyone is welcome. You’ll have the chance to meet our coaches, chat with members of the NHS Falls Team, ask questions, and see the course in action.

This Volunteers' Week, we'd like to say a heartfelt thank you to all of our coaches who generously volunteer their time to support Hamilton Judo Club and Hamilton Judo Club Inclusion.

Week after week, they give up their evenings and weekends to help our members learn new skills, build confidence, achieve their goals and become part of our judo family.

Being a coach is about so much more than teaching techniques. It's about encouraging people when they're struggling, celebrating their successes, helping them believe in themselves and creating a safe, welcoming environment where everyone can thrive.

The dedication, patience, knowledge, and passion our coaches bring to every session has a lasting impact on so many lives, both on and off the mat.

We are incredibly fortunate to have such a committed team of coaches helping to shape the future of our club and support our members every step of the way.
