Earlier this week I was personally invited down to Myprotein HQ in Manchester.
Met some great people & got chauffeured around to visit THG studios, and the THG manufacturing facility (1 million square foot!!). Topped off with a visit to the fancy MyProtein country club (Hale Country Club), fed an abundance of quality food, and even smashed a gym session 🙌🏼

It’s no lie… This year has flown by 😳 And it’s creeping ever so closely towards 2022! Who else made a healthier, positive change this year? And who plans to start next year?
Maybe you didn’t this year? Well there’s still time! The only time to make that change is in the present. The past is too late, and the future hasn’t happened.
The key to a consistent healthier life style is by making small changes over a long duration. Big changes over a short time have a high chance of failure. So set yourself up for success, and look at ways you can gently push yourself in the right direction. Slow progress is the best progress, as it proves your consistency 💯
