Nicola is another of our members who started Pilates on opening weekend and hasn’t looked back since 🙌
Nicola’s progression has been outstanding. From starting out a little nervous, to now absolutely nailing her short spine massage (which is basically a shoulder stand!) we’re just so incredibly proud of her.
Nicola has recently chosen to double her attendance and upgrade her membership because, in her own words, attending Pilates consistently has completely transformed her life. 🤩
