🌳⚽ Epworth Forest U12 Diamonds – Bournemouth Beach Fest 2026 🏖️

What a weekend! The Epworth Forest U12 Diamonds headed down to Bournemouth for Beach Fest 2026 — and for many of the girls, this was their very first experience of anything like it!

Most of the team travelled down Friday, with everyone meeting up Friday evening. After a long journey, the parents definitely deserved a well-earned drink! 🍻😂

Saturday was all about having fun, making memories and enjoying the beach before the football began that evening. 🏖️☀️

Then, at 5pm, the girls were ready to take on Beach Fest 2026 with two teams — The Baddies and The Queens! 👑🔥

Both teams faced some tough opponents, and playing football on sand was certainly a challenge! The girls dug deep, battled hard and never gave up. The ball was flying everywhere… and so was the sand! 😂⚽🏖️

It was an absolutely fantastic experience for the girls. But more importantly, it was about team building, friendship, laughter and creating memories that will stay with them forever. ❤️

A huge thank you to every parent who travelled down, supported the girls and helped make our first-ever Beach Fest such a special weekend.

You were all amazing! 👏

⚽️ PRE-SEASON Sunday FOR THE GIRLS! ⚽️

Yesterday was a fantastic day of pre-season football for both our Panthers and Diamonds, and I couldn’t be prouder of every single girl! 💙⚽️

🐾 EPWORTH PANTHERS

The Panthers played their first pre-season game at home, and what a game it was!

This group of girls have been working incredibly hard, and after a couple of departures from the team, they knuckled down, stuck together and certainly did not disappoint! 👏

They came up against a team slightly higher than them and managed to secure a fantastic 2-2 draw.

💎 EPWORTH DIAMONDS

The Diamonds travelled to Coalville Town for another pre-season fixture, and once again we were expecting a competitive game — and it certainly did not disappoint!

Our new signing Lexi Flynn got the Diamonds off to the perfect start with a brilliant goal to put us 1-0 up! ⚽️🔥

At the other end, Gemma was in top form in goal, pulling off some fantastic saves.

She even produced a double save, but unfortunately the rebound fell kindly to a Coalville player who slotted home to make it 1-1.

Despite the heat, the girls continued to work incredibly hard and produced a very well-balanced and competitive game.

❤️ Both groups of girls played their little hearts out yesterday, and that’s all we can ask for.

The effort, attitude, teamwork and determination were fantastic to see.

There is still plenty to work on as we build towards the new season, but days like yesterday show just how much potential these girls have.

Today wasn't just about the football, it was about the attitude, effort, and togetherness every single one of these girls showed.

From the first whistle to the last, they battled for every ball, worked incredibly hard for one another, and never stopped encouraging their teammates. Watching them play with such determination and team spirit made us incredibly proud.

The progress this group continues to make is fantastic to see, and if today is anything to go by, we have a really exciting season ahead of us.

Keep believing, keep working hard, and keep enjoying every minute. We're so proud of you all! 💜👏

A huge thank you to Narborough Foxes for hosting our Under 10 Tigereses girls today. It was a fantastic morning of football.

The girls put in another brilliant team performance, showing great effort, determination, and teamwork throughout the game. It's fantastic to see their confidence and development continue to grow every week.

A special congratulations goes to Sia, who was voted Parents' Player of the Match. 🏆👏
