🌳💙 RE-SIGNED 💙🌳

We’re delighted to announce that Kynon Palmer has re-signed for the upcoming season!

Having been part of the club since mini & juniors, Kynon has been a fantastic example of what our pathway is all about. It’s been brilliant to see his development and watch him continue to grow within the squad season after season.

A huge asset both on and off the pitch, Kynon brings commitment, determination and a real passion for the club every time he pulls on the shirt. His attitude, work ethic and influence within the team make him an important part of the Forest family, and we’re thrilled he’ll be continuing the journey with us.

We can’t wait to see what the new season has in store for him. Congratulations, Kynon – here’s to another big year in Forest colours! 🌳💙

💙🌳 Minis & Juniors Presentation Day! 💙🌳

From our Micros right through to our U16s, it was wonderful to come together and recognise the hard work, commitment and achievements of every player this season. Every child received a trophy, with special awards presented for Club Person of the Year, Players’ Player and Coaches’ Player.

With inflatables, a BBQ, a cake stall and plenty of smiles, it was a brilliant way to round off what has been an incredibly successful year for our Mini & Junior section. Across the club we’ve celebrated some fantastic achievements, but most importantly we’ve seen our young players grow in confidence, friendships and love for the game.

A huge thank you to all of our coaches, team managers, volunteers and parents for the time, energy and support you give week after week. None of this would be possible without you.

As a club, we are incredibly proud of every single player who pulls on a Forest shirt. Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday to celebrate another amazing season.

We are delighted to announce that Colin Fulthorpe will be joining Leicester Forest RFC as Senior Backs Coach for the 2026/27 season.

Colin brings with him over 20 years of coaching and playing experience, along with a huge passion for the game. We are excited to welcome him to the club and look forward to the impact he will have both on and off the field.

Here’s what Colin had to say about joining Leicester Forest:

“Growing up in Wales, all we ever heard about was Leicester Tigers and what a great rugby club they were. The more I learned about Leicestershire and its rugby heritage, the more I realised it is one of the most historic areas in the game. It is an absolute honour to now be part of that heritage and culture.

With over 20 years of coaching and playing experience, I hope my passion and commitment can help us write a few chapters of our own. Together, we can create stories, memories and achievements that people will be talking about for years to come.

I can’t wait to get stuck in and get the lads firing. These are exciting times for everyone involved. Let’s put Forest on the map and keep pushing to the top for as long as possible.”

Please join us in giving Colin a warm Leicester Forest welcome. We look forward to an exciting season ahead.💙🌳

🏆 U14 TigersX Champions! 🏆

What a day for our U14 Girls on Sunday!

The girls gave it everything throughout the TigersX Tournament, playing with determination, confidence and plenty of smiles along the way. They worked hard for each other, enjoyed every minute, and were rewarded with a well-deserved tournament win.

After lifting the trophy, they got to round off a fantastic day by watching Tigers take on Exeter together – the perfect way to celebrate a brilliant achievement.

A huge well done to all of the players and coaches. We’re so proud of everything you’ve achieved and the way you represented the club.
