It used to be about perfecting every rep, finding perfect alignment, assuming pain meant an imbalance that needed to be fixedâŠ

More importantly, Iâve found that the key is fitting accessory work into the main programming without it interfering with the main lifts and movements.
Using the right tools makes a huge difference too. Cable Machines, Parallettes, Ab Slings, and a GH roller have made accessory work much more efficient and enjoyable.
