We had the pleasure of three new members join us today, plus double trouble of yours truly! 😃
These members will be on the Memorial Playing fields all weekend as part of the Mountsorrel Scarecrow Festival.
I’ll also be offering a ⭐️FREE ⭐️Outdoor Group Fitness session to everyone who finds the team & messages me with ‘Scarecrow Trail’ (to be used by Saturday 7th November 26).

A massive thank you👏🏼 goes to both Nikki & Wenda who made these wonderful creations. 🤩You’re both brilliant!

🌟National Fitness Day LOROS fundraiser 🌟
A massive thank you to everyone who took part in one of our free circuit sessions on Wednesday 16th September. We had one hardcore member Lisa👌🏼turning up for both sessions, so a big 👏🏼 to her. She did admit to an afternoon nap ready for the evening session😴
Thank you too to the wonderful Cakes by Katherine for supplying some yummy cupcakes after our evening session😋🧁

After counting up the cash & online donations to celebrate our National Fitness day event our current total for LOROS is £630!

I’ve been promised some more donations so thank you in advance of those 🥰
