May was all about the R.A.D global ACID CHALLENGE , MURPH prep and MURPH which so happened to coincide with one of the hottest days of the year so far - free water was supplied for all participants . Also RUN & BREW Social Club added a 7k route alongside its 5K . All come and enjoy the CrossFit Leicester experience which is all about social fitness 🙋🏾♂️🙋🏻♀️
