Congratulations to LTC's Louie, who competed in his first Special Olympics event in Wales at the weekend. He brought home a bronze medal in singles and 4th place in doubles in his divisions. Great tennis and commeradery on display from all athletes. Fantastic experience well done Louie. 🏅 👏

It was a great privilege to be invited to the inaugural LTA Learning Disability and Autism Interternational Tennis Tournament held at The Nottingham Open last weekend. Fantastic to watch the event take place alongside an ATP and WTA event, giving participants the opportunity to experience tour level tennis.
The event was an opportunity to speak to other nations about their approach to encouraging participation in LD and Autism Tennis, which was invaluable and it is clear we have exciting times ahead.
LTC's Louie has been truly inspired by the scale of this event and what a great way to celebrate his new status as a Special Olympian ready to compete in August.

What an honour for LTC'S coach Laura to have been invited by the LTA to attend The She Rallies Summit 2026 at the Queen’s Championships last week in London.

An inspirational day celebrating the contribution of women in sport and bringing together brilliant minds to share stories, experiences, and reflections on the opportunities and challenges facing women in the workforce today.

While we have come a long way in advancing women’s sport, there is still more to do. Events like this are a powerful reminder of the importance of continuing to empower our girls and women to take up sport, stay involved, and recognise the many pathways available to build rewarding careers within the industry.

An uplifting day spent alongside people who are passionate about creating positive change and shaping a more inclusive future for sport.

And what a way to finish a fantastic day courtside for Serena's comeback training session!
