If Sheffield win then they will win the division- if they draw they will go to Division 1 with Hucknall and Penguin.
If they loose then Hucknall, Penguin and Worthing go to Division 1 and Sheffield drop to Division 2 for next season!

🤽🏻‍♀️ HONOR CLINCHES WIN AGAINST CALY 12-11 with four goals in the final quarter for Tyldesley and tops the goalscorer list for Division 2 with an impressive 5.8 average 😮 going into the final weekend

The Tydesley captain added:

“The girls had a tough 3-match weekend where we dug deep to come away with 2 wins and 1 narrow loss, especially our junior girls who are experiencing BWPL for the first time!

Looking forward to leading the girls into the next weekend in November!”

The Women Who Whistle programme is Aquatics GB's initiative to encourage, develop and support female water polo referees.

It is ‘making waves’ by inspiring future female referees.

Malta officials at BWPL weekends in Phase1- we look forward to seeing them in Liverpool shortly!

BWPL and Swim England are teaming up in 2025 to launch “Making Waves,” a new initiative to boost female participation in water polo refereeing.

The programme will support female referees’ development, tackle barriers to recruitment and progression, and create lasting resources for future officials.

“Making Waves” kicks off this month at the BWPL Women’s event in Liverpool, featuring international referee Anna Goncharenko, who will referee, mentor officials, and lead an open workshop on Sunday morning before the matches start.
