my body before Ozempic …😳

this is not me shaming anyone who has taken Ozempic as Ozempic is a tool and for some people it is genuinely the right one and that is completely valid !!🙏

but this transformation? this is what happens when you just keep showing up. consistently. imperfectly. in the most real, unglamorous, no shortcut kind of way.

calorie deficit. resistance training. hitting my steps. learning to work with my body instead of against it. navigating PCOS. having weeks where everything went wrong and showing up anyway 🥹

and I will die on this hill forever as the journey is one of the best parts. the discipline you build. the relationship you develop with your body. the way you start to understand what actually works for you. you cannot buy that. you cannot inject that. it has to be lived 🤍

nothing outbeats genuinely looking after yourself from the inside out. and these results are proof of that 🥹

with the rise of sk*nny tok and people wanting to short cut things for purely aesthetic reasons, I want to remind you that your health is SO much than that ❤️

calorie deficit diaries ep. 12 and this one is a big one 🥹

one of the most stressful, chaotic, exhausting weeks I’ve had in a long time. sleep was all over the place. energy was everywhere. training wasn’t at my best.

and I hit 4kg down total 👀

because here’s what this whole journey has taught me. your body responds to consistency over time. not perfect weeks. not ideal conditions. not everything going to plan.

just showing up. making the best choices you can with what you’ve got. and trusting the process even when everything around you feels like chaos 🤍

the diet is officially done. the reverse diet starts now. and I could not be more proud of how far this journey has come 🥹

let me know if you want me to document the reverse diet too🤔👇

imagine the brainwashing it took to convince a girl with a lower belly that she doesn’t deserve to take up space in a gym 🥹 ANON10✨

because at some point we all absorbed the message that our bodies needed to look a certain way before we were allowed to show up. before we were allowed to train. before we were allowed to even walk through the door.

and that is so deeply wrong 🤍

your lower belly is not a problem to fix before you start. it is not a reason to wait. it is not something that needs to be hidden under baggy clothes or apologised for in the weights section.

you belong in that gym right now. in the body you have today. not the one you’re working towards 🥹

the gym is not a reward for having the right body. it is how you build one that feels strong and capable and yours 🤍

follow if you’re done letting your body image decide whether you show up today 💪

in a world that tells women to shrink… I choose to grow 🤍 code ANON10 ✨

we have been conditioned our whole lives to want to be smaller. lighter. less. to take up less space, have less muscle, be less visible.

and I am so done with that narrative 💪

because the gym didn’t give me a smaller body to present to the world. it gave me a stronger one. a more capable one. one that can run further, lift heavier and show up harder than I ever thought possible.

strength is not masculine. it is not unattractive. it is not too much.

it is the most powerful thing you can build 🤍

to every girl choosing muscle over skinny right now, I see you and I am so proud of us 💪

are you on a strength journey right now?👇

PCOS is now called PMOS and this is a bigger deal than people are realising 👀 ANON10✨

polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome. that’s the new name. and here’s why it actually matters for every single one of us 🧠

the old name (polycystic o***y syndrome) implied we all have cysts on our ovaries. we don’t. it also made the condition sound like a purely reproductive issue when actually it affects our insulin, our androgens, our metabolism, our mental health, our skin, our weight - it is a full body hormonal condition !! 🤍

this name change came from a global study involving over 14,000 patients and doctors from around the world who all agreed the old name was misleading, causing delayed diagnosis and leaving women feeling dismissed and confused

up to 70% of people with PCOS were going undiagnosed. partly because of how misleading the name was. and that is not okay.

PMOS finally reflects what is actually happening in our bodies. and as someone who has navigated this diagnosis, that feels like the validation so many of us have been waiting for 🥹

the transition to the new name will happen over the next 3 years so you’ll still see PCOS used for a while but now you know what PMOS means and why it matters

save this and share it with every girl you know who has this condition 🤍👇

calorie deficit diaries ep. 10 and this week taught me everything 🤍

deload week. a concert. dinner with friends. a martini. okay two martinis. and a full tiramisu that was supposed to be shared but they brought out extras and I simply had no choice 😭

and the scale went from 70.3 to 69.2kg??

because here’s the thing nobody talks about. one off plan weekend does not undo a week of consistency. it just doesn’t. your body is smarter than that and so are you.

I hit my steps every single day. I stuck to my plan all week. I showed up for myself consistently and then I let my hair down at the weekend without guilt and without spiralling.

that is what balance actually looks like. not perfect. not rigid. just consistent enough that one fun weekend doesn’t change the trajectory 🥹

you don’t have to be perfect to make progress. you just have to keep going 🤍

has there ever been a week where you felt like you went off plan and then surprised yourself with the results? tell me about it 👇

if only I could tell 14 year old me that I finally got to see the neighbourhood live🥹

reason 1,728,388 why I love the gym community 🤍

people will have you believing the gym is full of intimidating people who are too busy judging you to care about anyone else

and then you actually get in there and find a community of people who genuinely root for each other, share equipment without being asked, cheer you on mid set and make you laugh when you’re on your last rep and want to give up 😭

this is what nobody shows you about the gym. the quiet acts of kindness. the random encouragement from a stranger. the friendships you never expected to make in a place you were once terrified to walk into 🤍

if you’ve been putting off going because of how scary it feels from the outside, I promise you the reality is so different🥹

the gym gave me some of the best people in my life and I will never stop being grateful for that 🥹
