Just to be clear - this is not the athlete in question’s fault. You’re a hustler, I understand wanting to continue.

But… they shouldn’t have let her.

Rowing machines with s**t on them should’ve been the end point for this 💀

We failed.

If our member don’t continue their progress long after they left us… we failed.

We didn’t do our job.

Simple as that.

It’s not temporary or a quick fix. This is for life.

How often do we hear from our alumni? Almost every day. Once you’re part of this community - you’re in!
