We opened up our free summer holiday sessions to younger boxers at Highgate Newtown Community Centre and they’ve loved it! Our last session is tonight, Friday 14th from 4-5:30pm. Group 1) from age 7 and 2) 16 and over

Some of our ‘Golden (aged) Gloves’ boxers showing us their best mean looks while hitting the bags. They say boxing can be enjoyed no matter your age and we are not going to argue with them, we’ve seen their power shots!
Many thanks to Sport England for funding this wonderful project giving over 65’s the opportunity to box and train their functional movements for free.

A great day for some of our girls yesterday who were invited to the MVP - Most Valuable Promotions press conference for the exciting 🇬🇧 v 🇺🇸 card next month. Great to be surrounded by so much talent and amateur pedigree.

We return from BRAGA OPEN BOXING 🇵🇹 with two golds 🥇🥇 very well deserved with some great boxing and both boxers having to dig deep in the finals. We are incredibly proud of Ali and Izzy who have handled themselves like professional athletes in the run up and over the last three days.

A stoppage win from Izzy yesterday sees her boxing in the semi finals. Unfortunately Ali’s opponent has withdrawn so he has no bout today but progresses to the finals tomorrow.

We have two boxers in Portugal for BRAGA OPEN BOXING 🇵🇹 this weekend. Good luck Ali and Izzy!
