Team Kaobon has now come to London. Team Kaobon has amassed some of the best trainers and fighters in the world and we are proud of our reputation and success.
In association with Gracie Garcia Jiu Jitsu we now offer the chance to take part in fresh and new Thai boxing classes in Camden. Team Kaobon, opened in 2002 and was the innovative idea of Colin Heron, a world class Muay Thai coach with over 20 years’ experience who initially studied under the legendary Master Sken. Colin’s idea was to launch a multi-functional gym that promoted fitness through a
variety of martial arts, with the intention of offering the ultimate in combat training and fitness workouts. Over time Team Kaobon has expanded and is now represented in Liverpool, Chester, Wigan, London, London University, Surrey and Spain. Team Kaobon is now able to offer fresh and new Thai boxing classes in Camden, London. Muay Thai is second to none for superb fitness and hand to hand combat techniques. The London classes are delivered by Gavin Davis who has over 15 years of coaching experience and is able to provide classes to suit all. At Team Kaobon London, no matter your age, ability or experience, with classes for beginners to advanced and with a top coach and support of the gym you’ll be well looked after and are sure to get the most out of every class - Whatever level you are and whatever you are looking for you'll find the classes are hard, fast and fun. For those who want to fight, specific coaching and the option to get matched is available. There's is also the opportunity to book 1-2-1 sessions for some intense tuition and a top quality, non-stop workout. We've got a high spec gym over two floors with CLEAN changing and shower facilities and are lucky enough to work alongside with Master Nilton Garcia, 4x World BJJ Champion to give top quality martial arts in a variety of disciplines. Private lessons are available and are specifically tailored to the individual, whether you’re interested in becoming a fighter or merely getting in shape. A discounted membership scheme is available or students can pay on a ‘Pay as you train’ basis. For those who wish to train in BJJ as well there are more payments options available - the more you train, the cheaper the classes get.
