💪 A massive well done to Ben and Andrew!

They recently took part in the Be Strong London Strength League, an amateur strongman event where people can give the sport a go without competing at professional level.

Don't let the word "amateur" fool you though, there was nothing easy about it!

The guys took on some seriously tough challenges, including lifting a car 20 times, pulling a 7.5-tonne truck, a 200kg deadlift and a 200kg yoke, along with plenty of other impressive events.

Safe to say, we’re pretty impressed! 💪

Well done, Ben and Andrew - what an achievement! 👏
