π¨ NEW! OPEN GYM SESSIONS π¨
Starting 9th July, we're opening up our Studio to trial a couple of Open Gym Sessions!
Train your way with access to our Spin Studio and equipment during a 1-hour self-guided session. Stay for 30 minutes or the full hour, it's completely up to you.
β¨ What to expect:
β’ Full access to the Spin Studio equipment
β’ Self-guided training at your own pace
β’ Optional workout plans if you need some inspiration
β’ A staff member on hand to supervise the space and offer general assistance
π Trial session times:
β’ Tuesday β 12:00pm
β’ Thursday β 5:00pm & 6:00pm
π₯ Limited to 4 people per session

As temperatures rise, please remember to take extra care when exercising.
βοΈ We'll have the fans and air conditioning on to help keep you as comfortable as possible.
π§ Bring plenty of cold water and stay hydrated before, during and after your class.
πββοΈ Take classes at your own pace and listen to your body.
π‘οΈ Don't be afraid to slow down, take breaks, or reduce intensity if needed.
Your health and wellbeing always come first, so please exercise sensibly and let the instructor know if you're feeling unwell.

Perfect for anyone wanting to build strength and confidence with free weights in a friendly, supportive environment. No intimidating gym atmosphere, no burpees, just effective strength and conditioning training for all fitness levels.
