On the 29th Revelate, and are running our biggest events for the different groups of athletes with intellectual disabilities for obodo's 14th birthday.
We are running 6 classes with over 40 ergs in the room and we are inviting everyone to come along and book into a class and be involved in the most inclusive workout in Ireland. Go to the obodo app and book in for free. We will have 100s of people exercising together with the excellent Stevie G providing the music for the day.
This events sums up why Revelate was started, to get people exercising together no matter their fitness level or ability.
We can guarantee you will have the best workout of the year.

There are plenty of excuses to skip exercising but they don't apply to Revelate
"I need to get fitter first." "I'm too busy." "I'll start next week."
Here's the truth: there's no such thing as "not fit enough" for a Revelate class. Every session is built to match YOUR level, start at Level 1, go at your own pace, and progress from there. And busy? One class is 45 minutes. That's it.
The excuses aren't really about the gym. They're about the story we tell ourselves before we even try.

Revelate is not like your usual Cardio Class, it addresses all the usual excuses people have for not going to the gym.
"I am too old for a class like this" - Revelate was made for anyone of any age or fitness level. The app sets targets for your fitness level.
"I don't know what I am doing in the class" - The app tells you exactly what to at everyone point of the class
