Two weeks ago, this client told me something I wasn't expecting:

"I'm at that stage where I usually stop."

You know the one.

The excitement of starting has worn off.

The results don't feel fast enough.

Life gets busy.

Doubt creeps in.

She told me she'd done it before with Couch to 5K, exercise classes and other programmes.

She'd get 6-7 weeks in, be flying along, and then... stop.

Not because she couldn't do it.

Not because she didn't want it.

Because she hit the bump in the road where most people convince themselves they're done.

So instead of focusing on what she'd already achieved, we focused on where she was going.

We introduced running.

We created a reverse countdown goal to her first full push-up.

Because when your only goal is "lose weight", the journey can feel endless.

But when you're chasing strength, fitness, confidence, a 5K, your first push-up, your next milestone...

Everything changes.

Since Helena started 8 weeks ago:

✅ 3.3kg down
✅ 2.75 inches off her waist

And that wasn't even her main goal. It was to tone up & feel better in herself!

And now:

✅ Adding another strength session
✅ Looking ahead instead of looking for the exit
✅️ Working towards a 5k

Most women don't need a new diet.

They need a reason to keep going when motivation disappears.

That's where the magic happens. 💪

A few months ago, Orla said to me that she would probably be walking the Women's Mini Marathon 👀

The goal wasn't to run the 10k.

The goal was to improve posture, move better, build strength, feel healthier and regain confidence in her body.

But that's the funny thing about consistency...

When you focus on the small things - showing up for workouts, getting your steps in, improving your mobility, picking yourself back up after the tougher weeks - you often end up achieving things you never thought possible.

Today she completed her first ever Women's Mini Marathon 💪

Not because she was naturally a runner.

Not because every week was ideal.

But because she kept going.

Stronger. More confident. Moving better. Feeling proud of herself.

And honestly, that's what it's all about ❤️

Did you know that you're capable of more?

Every single person reading this is.

You just gotta do the thing!

Makes it all worth it 🥹

From struggling to walk without pain before she started, to now having the courage to try a few short jogs because she felt ready to.

Focusing on a plan that suited *her* body has now given her hope that she can get back to moving like she used to 😍

I respect my client's privacy so I am not sharing the actual video, but oh my did I cry with happiness for her 😭

Quick lunch in 10 minutes 💨

Start of the week:

> Pre cook chicken sausages/any kind of protein

On the day:

> Cook cous cous in a few minutes by by adding boiling water and covering

> Meanwhile, microwave peas and asparagus in a bowl of water in less than 5 minutes (steam if you have time)

> Add some raw veg of choice (carrots, peppers etc)

> Heat the protein up if you like

> Season and sauce

It doesn't gst easier than that!
