making her way back from a full MCL rupture after coming out the wrong end of a challenge.
After opting out of surgery the MCL is fully healed and she is making Great progress with her rehab ,moving onto lateral movement again after a stability phase 🙌🏽

Strength and conditioning is and should be a huge part of the game now . With over 820 female footballers rupturing their ACL in the last 4 years alone . ⚽️
