The 5 Quarter Final Workouts will be released by Crossfit HQ at 7pm THIS Thursday (26th). Our athletes then have just a 5-day window to leave it all on the floor and submit their scores. โฑ๏ธ

Weโ€™ll keep you posted on when these workouts will be going down over the weekend so you can come along and show your support ๐Ÿ“ฃ๐Ÿ™Œ
