Did you do the CrossFit open this year but want to give it a second go?

Did you miss out on it completely and have fomo?

Did you join us after the CrossFit Open?

Or are you simply asking "what the heck is the CrossFit Open?"

So glad you asked... let us explain...

Every year, every CrossFit gym around the world complete 1 of 3 workouts on 3 consecutive Friday evenings. They are split into different names for example this year was 26.1, 26.2 and 26.3... next year will be 27.1 etc you get the idea!

Your score (if you entered officially on the CF website) would have been logged against all the other scores so you could see how you stack up against other athletes around the world.

Its so much fun and designed to workout your strengths and weaknesses so you know what to work on. I know I (Chelsea) have personally improved since the open and could do a better job given the opportunity as I'm sure many others could!

So...

1st, 8th & 15th November is your chance. Book your spot on wodboard...

At the end of the day, your results are yours but its you that has to go and get them. We're here to help you though! ⚡️...
