Join me for a transformative morning of breath, movement, and intention. This is a journey through 108 Sun Salutations, broken into 9 sets of 12, flowing together as a community. The practice will conclude with a guided, relaxing savasana to integrate your energy.
This is a powerful and meaningful experience, connecting body, mind, and universe. As nature shifts with the solstice, this practice allows us to renew, refresh, and inspire ourselves—embracing a fresh start with the energy of the season. You are encouraged to listen to your body, honour your limits, and make the practice your own. Rest whenever needed. Complete all 108 Sun Salutations, or as many as feel right for you. Let your heart guide you as you link breath with movement in this beautiful, dynamic vinyasa flow.
All levels are welcome, though some prior experience Vinyasa yoga is recommended.
Celebrate the longest day of the year, honour your inner light, and move with intention in this special solstice gathering. 🌞
Light refreshments will be provided at the end of the practice to celebrate and restore.

This is for the strong women who are giving their all to those they feel drawn to support and love, but sometimes forget they also need to offer themselves that same support and love.
Taking time for yourself isn’t selfish — it’s foundational. When we constantly pour into others without refilling our own cup, we slowly run on empty. Self-love is really about awareness: noticing when you’re tired, when you need quiet, when you need joy, and honoring that without guilt.
I especially love the idea of “healing the cracks of daily life.” Those little pauses — a quiet morning coffee, a walk in fresh air, journaling your thoughts, turning your phone off for an hour — they mend more than we realise. They help us return to ourselves. And when we feel whole, we love others from abundance instead of exhaustion.
Doing one thing every day that fills your soul doesn’t have to be big. It can be:
•Sitting in silence for 5 minutes
•Listening to a song that moves you
•Saying “no” when you mean it
•Moving your body in a way that feels good
•Speaking kindly to yourself
When was the last time you truly felt present with yourself — without distraction, without responsibility, just you?
