🌈 Rainbow’s You+ Movement Month! 🌈

This month, we’re celebrating You+ Movement Month and the importance of keeping our bodies moving! 💪🕺💃

Movement is so important for both our physical and mental wellbeing, and the best thing is that it doesn’t have to mean hitting the gym! Whether it’s getting your 10,000 steps a day, going for a walk, joining a dance class, swimming, gardening, or simply finding an activity you enjoy , get that body moving! 🚶‍♀️🎶

And it’s not just about the physical benefits. Getting active can also be a fantastic way to connect with others, have a chat, make new friends and enjoy some quality social time. ❤️

Just look at the Everyone Active team below, getting their movement in while away at a conference at the Heights of Abraham! 👣⛰️

They’re not only getting their bodies moving, but also taking full advantage of the social side with plenty of great chats, laughs and connection along the way. 😊

So this month, why not find your own way to move more? Big or small, every bit of movement counts! 🌈💪
