Hapkido Teesside Our club, based at Middlesbrough Sports Village, has been operating in the Teesside area for years.
Although focused on the traditional values of Hapkido, we are also a freestyle martial arts club which means we are able to adapt and incorporate other fighting styles such as grappling and groundwork.

Don't forget we have a training session tonight as there is no class this Sunday.
Then next week on Tuesday 2nd and Sunday 7th we will be running sparring sessions alongside the normal class. Gumshields and groin guards (lads) will be needed if you want to join in with this
Due to the weather full gi is not needed tonight. Please wear suitable clothing for training, but also the heat.
Bring plenty of water.

Noticed there are quite a few messages that have been missed while access has been lost. Some we may have spoken to in other forms but I will work through responding now.

A huge thank you to for the donation and the new equipment we were able to purchase. As a non-for-profit club it goes a long way and we can enhance our training even further.
