It's not that it's physically harder, but the mental side of things.
say you go to the gym. you have to get up and get ready and go into an environment that has got a "workout let's go" vibe, surrounded by like minded people all in the same boat...
.. but at home, you're on your own, surrounded by home comforts, distractions, no "let's go!" atmosphere, it's really hard to get started and motivate yourself, especially when you're doing it in your little flat 😂

it may be different if you convert your garage into a full blown gym and you've created that environment, it could be easy to get into, but i don't have that luxury, and I'm training right next to my fridge and TV 😅

so hats off to anyone that's kept up home training in your front room / bedroom! the mental battle is much harder than the physical one 🎩
