Next Sunday (14th June) is the last 90 minute yin currently on the schedule so make sure you get booked in x

They won't be going away as yin is my absolute favourite but I'm going to try some different times / combinations as they've been very quiet lately!

Feel free to add any suggestions in the comments if there's anything particular you'd like to see - longer, shorter, a different time 🤷‍♀️

☯️ Yin Variations ☯️

Have you tried using a bolster for support in Sphinx / Seal pose?

I'm a huge fan of this yin variation, it lets me find the extra sensation through my back lifting up to seal without having to use arm strength for support.

It's a pretty marmite one though - do you prefer your sphinx / seal with a bolster or without?

( If you've not tried a yin class before it's a class of beautifully supported floor based poses using props for support. This lets you relax the muscles and hold shapes for longer to target the deeper connective tissues that tighten up through stress, injury, immobility, repetitive motion & age - to name a few 🤔)
