Vinyasa Flow | Yin Yoga | Group classes | Private sessions We are all unique in our anatomy, and this is always valued.

I have had the privilege of being taught by some very wise, experienced yogis and yoginis in various ashrams across India. While living in Queenstown, NZ I trained with the inspirational, international yoga teacher Nianna Rose Bray in conjunction with Yoga Nadi completing a 200Hr YTT course specialising in Vinyasa Flow. My classes aim to find the fun in yoga whilst paying this ancient practice the

One thing is for sure - prioritising movement, conscious breathing, mindfulness, the outdoors, connection, delicious cake and a lot of laughs feels soooooo good.

Thanks to mega babe, Amy, for her kind words.

✨Zoom Yoga - gratitude, gains and classes this week✨

Tonight marks my 100th lesson taught on Zoom. For some, zoom has been nothing but a drag, but for me, it’s been a blessing, a platform for connection, and an anchor to ground and stabilise throughout the long, whirling weeks and months without routine and dipping levels of hope. I’m SO grateful for my little Zoom family. I’ve given them yoga, but they have given me a whole lot more. Yes, we move together, we breathe together, we find stillness together. But we also laugh together, share stories together and lift each other up.

Fancy a slice? Here are the classes this week:
•Wednesday - Slow Flow, 8-9pm (kids in bed, time for you)
•Saturday - Energising Vinyasa Flow, 9-10am (this will move to the beautiful church garden very soon - but first, a few degrees warmer please)

No matter how tired or unmotivated you may feel, I can promise wholeheartedly, it will bring you back to your centre, reconnect you with your body and elevate your mood in alignment with how you wish to live each day. It’s as simple as rolling out your mat and flipping open your screen. And all in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

Get in touch if you would like more info or to join us. ♥️

Can you let yourself be in the rawness of whatever is erupting and expressing through you today? Come and make space for it all, feel it all, on your mat with me tonight.

Slow Flow, all levels at 8pm tonight on Zoom.

Here’s a snippet (sped up a lot) from last week. DM for details if you fancy a slice. 💛

Slow Flow Yoga Tonight, 7-8pm via Zoom

Feel as chilled as a turtle (that’s a thing, right?!)

I forget to capture my yoga practice these days. In fact, I’ve never been great at it - always a chore. It just ruins the flow, the rush. If you know, you know.

So instead, I offer you a photo of a turtle I took, and will deliver you the magic of yoga tonight. Turtles and yoga! It’s a have-your-cake-and-eat-it kinda Wednesday.

If you’d like to join our lovely little yoga community, please drop me a message. We love to see new faces pop up. ❤️

Give power to the present

Let any projection to the past and future dissolve

Notice what is left

Submerge yourself in that

Now is the moment that last forever

✨ ~ Blissed out ~ ✨

So, so many thank yous! Thank you all who came to our first garden yoga class this morning. Thank you for the morning sun. The clear blue skies. The little bird who serenaded us throughout our entire practice. The popping flowers planted by the community gardeners (shoutout to Jean!). The gentle breeze on our skin. Ahhhhh, a sweet, sweet coming together.

You know one of those moments in life where everything aligns and simply falls into place. Yes?! Well, it happened. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 🙏

If you would like a piece of this, drop me a message. Follow it up with a creamy coffee from and some fresh artisan bread from . What a way to start to a Saturday! @ St James' and St Basil's Church

Easing into March 》💛

Loving my new approach to practise.
• Lots of pranayama, avoiding kumbhaka (breath retention). Gotta keep that breath flowing for the precious life inside.
• Lots of long holds, rather than my usual vinyasa practise. I started to find constantly connecting breath with movement just didn't feel good. It became almost a fight between the two rather than a dance. Settling into postures is where the party is right now. Having time to really feel what's going on in my body is a beautiful thing. Guiding my breath to open up gently and safely for me and wriggler.
• Being patient with lots of breaks - wide knees child's pose is a delight to relax in with room for bump to hang free.
• Fully putting ego to the side, avoiding anything that doesn't feel right. No pushing or forcing, only deep listening, absolute surrender and complete protection for my baby.

Have a very happy Friday, lovely people. Start the new month with all that brings you joy. 😁
