A tough loss at home for the Blue Roses yesterday, but the girls never let their heads fall and battled right until the final whistle.

Facing an opposition featuring a number of NC1 players, alongside a high number of injuries accumulated throughout the game, the girls showed huge resilience and should be proud of themselves.

A massive thank you to Wigton for a great game and for travelling to us — it’s always a pleasure to play you. 💙

We’ll regroup, recover and come back stronger when we meet again away. 💪
