A huge congratulations to GB Ladies including Coach Iona on proudly representing Great Britain at the 2026 Ball Hockey World Championships in Ostrava! 💙

After an outstanding tournament, the GB Women's team finished on a high, defeating Switzerland to secure an incredible 5th place in the world. 🌍👏

To wear your country's jersey is a dream for any athlete, and to come home with a top-five finish is something to be immensely proud of. Iona's dedication, work ethic and passion for the sport continue to inspire everyone at Power Through Sport, from our youngest participants taking their first steps into ball hockey to our senior players chasing their own international ambitions.

We're incredibly proud to have you as part of our coaching team and can't wait for you to bring your experience, knowledge and inspiration back to our sessions.

Knocked out of T3 Nationals earlier than we planned — not the ending we wanted on the court. Bit of a tough one, but we’ll take it on the chin, learn from it, reset, and come back louder, sharper, and hungrier next year.

But honestly, this weekend was more than results. The Sharks have come away with real chemistry, proper memories, and a team that’s only just getting started. 🦈
