Back to club racing after 3 of the Norwich regulars raced at the 1st national hardbody event on the mega monster at Corby.

All 4 members reached the top heat in the sports class and Paul got a 3rd in the Scalextric class.

Gp5…Nigel, Neil, and Keith improved their PB’s, plus Keith increased the lap record.
Tonight was packed with some close racing, I am pretty sure that we all had couple of hold your breath moments.

Andy R improved his pb
Piece of info: Richard averaged 5.837 across the whole night, and only came out twice, ironically the same bend in different heats. That’s pretty phenomenal. The only real contenders he had was Neil in heat 6 for about 8 or 9 laps till his grip went, and Steve in the early stages of heat 2 and he was never more than half a lap down and was the only driver not to be lapped by Richard. (Richard lapped everyone in all his other heats)
