We’ll warm up as a group and prepare the body, then explore dynamic and static acrobatic skills together in a safe and fun environment. Once everyone has nailed their moves- chill out with a team cool down.

✔️ Everyone will leave having achieved a new skill
✔️ Do something fun with like-minded people
✔️ Individual time allocated to get a perfect insta shot
