Jive in Penrith

Our freestyle on Saturday will now be at Stainton Village Hall, Kings Arm, Penrith CA11 0EP. Just 5 minutes from M6 roundabout (junction 40). It has a lovely sprung wooden dance floor but no bar. Bring your own drink (there is hot water but you'd need to bring your own tea/coffee). Plenty of on street parking. Same time: 2pm - 5pm.
Thank you to everyone who alerted us to the clash at The Conservative Club. Hope that those of you who were intending to come will still be able to make it.

Penrith Freestyle next Saturday (10th January) cancelled ☹️.

We were waiting to see how much chaos the M6 closure caused. Having seen it this afternoon (plus forecast of snow during the week) we have reluctantly decided that we should cancel the freestyle at The Conservative Club in Penrith .
We still intend to start our usual Thursday classes at the cricket club this Thursday (8th)
