We began as Harper’s Cycles in 1969 and have continued as a Toy Shop selling leading makes of toys, crafts, games, models and jigsaws from Airfix to Xylophones and ZURU toys. Trading in the town from 1969 when Stuart Harper opened his first cycle shop in the town's Castlegate through over 55 years of change into the 21st Century as a family-run business over three floors and today trading as a Toymaster independent toy shop.

Good morning , we have the most adorable full bodied Dog hand puppets instock 🥰. So so soft and very cuddly, and there’ll be no mess or dog walks to do 😃, they do however need lots of cuddles 😍. Four different types in stock . We do also have regular hand puppets , Sockettes , birds and soft cuddly toys from the amazing puppet company. All can be found on our ground floor.
