With a heavy heart I've decided it’s time to close my classes at Perth Fitness Studios. As many of you know I have recently opened in Perth, and have been so grateful to be so busy so quickly 🙏 but somethings got to give, so I need to prioritise and still leave time for my family.
So this week will be the last clubbercise and boogie bounce classes 💔 I would love to see some old faces so please come and join in!
And if anyone out is considering training and teaching these classes, please get in touch as I have equipment and participants eager to continue!!

You may have noticed a change back to HYPE Fitness because I'm taking my stretch therapy to the next level! 🔥🔥
Opening soon in Perth City Centre will be our new sports massage and recovery clinic 🙌
I'll be offering sports massage, stretch therapy, sports/manual therapy, relaxation massage, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage and more.
The clinic will be the first in Perth to offer contrast therapy with an infrared sauna, cold plunges and compression therapy to aid your recovery journey 🔥
