A few snaps from our EZ Adventure Weekend at Lochore Meadows Country Park, where 8 of our EZ Swimmers swapped the pool for the outdoors!
From mountain biking π΅ to SUP π, kayaking π£, outdoor cooking π₯ and plenty of swimming π, the weekend was packed with adventure and packed with great opportunities .
The best part? Seeing the confidence and water skills developed through our EZ Learn to Swim and Competitive programmes come to life in a different environment . Swimming isn't just about getting from one end of the pool to the otherβit's about building the skills and confidence to explore, stay safe, and make the most of every opportunity on and around the water.
This is why learning to swim is a life skill. π
More than a sport. More than a lesson. It can be a passport to adventure. π

APPRECIATION POST - a massive well done to our EZ assistant Lucas , who has recently secured a job at his local sports facility .
Lucas joined the assistants team not to become a swim teacher but to help develop his personal skills - being able to adapt to different instructors / coaches , different swimming environments and adapt to a whole variety of different ages / abilities - Lucas started as a shy, quiet lad and left us a more confident , self assured
Young man .
Lucas was an integral part of our Saturday programme , He was consistent and committed , he was eager to achieve his goals . Lucas is now more confident within himself and in the teaching environment , heβs a more efficient active listener , his emotional intelligence has increased, and his social interaction skills have gone through the roof ( we now canβt keep Lucas π€ π€£π€£π€£)
From an EZ swimmer to an EZ assistant , itβs been our pleasure not only teaching you but assisting you with your personal journey .

π€π» Good luck π€π» to our EZ assistant teacher - Cahal who has just set off on an epic adventure . Cahal is taking part in the βworld challengeβ expedition . Heβs off to Africa - Mozambique. The Challenge focuses on building essential life skills, teamwork, and independence through self-funded travel, rural community projects, and trekking.ππ₯Ύβ°οΈπ
Cahal has had to self fund raise, mentally prepare himself and and now heβs reeking the rewards . Cahal will 100% need to step out his comfort zone , take part in various treks and ultimately help build infrastructure for under developed communities .

We Of course couldnβt let Cahal set off without sponsoring him with some North Face expedition gear along with some expedition essentials - well deserved π
