Rachel & Hilda didn’t manage to complete their 5k runs last Saturday, due to being busy, but bagged them this week and got their team medal from Kev 🏃🏻♀️

A huge congratulations to everyone who completed our Couch to 5K running club! 🏃♂️🏃♀️
What started as a challenge to get moving and build confidence has ended with an amazing group of runners completing their 5K. Every single one of you should be incredibly proud of your hard work, consistency and determination throughout 🥳
A special thank you goes to Kev who has been an outstanding coach from start to finish.
His planning, encouragement, support and enthusiasm helped make the journey enjoyable and achievable for everyone involved.
