Dewars Centre offers unrivalled Sporting and Conference facilities in one first-class venue. Situated just a few minutes from Perth City Centre, Dewars enjoys a convenient location just off of Perth's Glasgow Road. It has plentiful parking for sporting participants and spectators as well as underground overnight stay for conference delegates and event visitors. The centre itself is renowned for its Olympic Standard Ice and was used as one of the training rinks for Eve Muirhead's Olympic medal winning team. Click through to our curling page for more details. Dewars also has an 8 rink indoor bowling hall, and hosts televised events such as the Scottish Indoor Bowling championships each year. Public Sessions ⛸️ – Our casual sessions, come along and enjoy the freedom of skating on the ice.

Learn to Skate – Sessions led by our qualified instructors to provide you the basics of skating on ice. ⭐

Snow Babes ❄️ – Fun skating session for kids aged 2-5, these are led by our qualified instructors to help your child build confidence on ice whilst ensuring a fun filled experience!

ASN 💙 – A new addition to our ice-skating timetable, our additional support needs sessions provide a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment where children and young people of all abilities as well as family members and friends can enjoy being active on the ice.

Our Active Schools Perth & Kinross team has launched a new Fitness 4 All Circuit Class for young people with physical, learning or sensory disabilities.

The focus is on having fun, staying active and feeling comfortable and included. No experience needed, just come along and give it a try.

We're going to be having free health checks at Dewars Centre, in partnership with Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland (CHSS). Their team will carry out a blood pressure check, a cholesterol test (in the form of a finger prick test), a weight and height check, BMI calculation and waist measurement, all in one 40-minute appointment, open to anyone aged 18+.

You'll then sit down for a friendly one-to-one with a member of the team, who'll talk you through your results and share personalised lifestyle tips to support your long-term health.

It's a brilliant chance to check in with how your body's doing takes less than an hour and could tell you something genuinely useful about your health
