Genuinely think the gym has a bigger impact than people truly realise…

I remember the excitement when reopening after Covid lockdowns. When something is taken away, you quickly realise how important it was.

On the flip side when we have daily easy access it can be taken for-granted.

Perspective is massive. Thinking about what your gym visit really means beyond the surface level weight loss or weight gain…

Strength, confidence, fitness, community, head space, development, focus or routine…

Sharon shared her own story at our event ‘The Confidence Formula’ and talked about her attempts to swim the channel (twice) but also how the gym “saved her life”.

It was great of her to open up on her journey 🙌🏻 but what does the gym mean to you? What impact does it have?

Personally, I train most days because I feel good for it… if I go too long without a gym session I know my mindset is affected and that’s effecting everything else ✌️

On a side note ‘google’ knows what it’s talking about 😂
