A little reminder: train to give your body something, not take something away.

Give it strength.
Give it fuel.
Give it acceptance.
Give it appreciation.
Give it grace.
And most importantly, give it love.

So much of what we’re taught about training is subtraction. Burn this off. Cut that out. Earn your food. Shrink down.

But the version of this that actually lasts isn’t built on what you take away. It’s built on what you give, a body that’s stronger, better fed, and finally on your own side instead of the enemy.

That’s the whole shift I help clients make. Train to give, not to take, and hopefully what I inspire you to do aswell 🫶

In a world where skinny is trending again, I’m not interested in shrinking.

Choose FUELLED. Eating enough to actually have energy for your workouts, your work, and your life, instead of running on empty and calling it discipline.

Choose STRONG. Building a body that can lift, carry, and keep up with your life, not just one that looks a certain way in photos.

Choose GOALS. Chasing personal bests, strength numbers, and things you can actually achieve, instead of a number on a scale that was never the real measure anyway.

Choose RECOVERY. Sleep, rest days, and nervous system regulation, because progress happens in the recovery just as much as in the gym.

Choose CALM. A relationship with food and training that doesn’t spike your anxiety every time you eat something or miss a session.

Build CONFIDENCE. Showing up for your life now instead of waiting until you’re “smaller” to start living it.

Choose MEMORIES. The trip you said yes to, the meal you actually enjoyed, the moment you felt strong and free in your body instead of at war with it.

Trends come and go. Diet culture will always find a new way to repackage the same message: that smaller is better. It isn’t.

Hopefully this has helped you see that weight loss is not always the answer.

Because most people don’t actually struggle with not knowing what to do.

They struggle with trying to force something that doesn’t fit their life.

And for a while, it works, until it doesn’t.
Until life gets busy.
Until motivation drops.
Until the “perfect plan” stops feeling so perfect.

And then it becomes the same cycle again…
Start. Stop. Restart.
New plan. New rules. Same outcome.

That’s why I don’t coach extremes.

I’m not here to give you something you can only do when everything is going well. I’m here to help you build something that works when life is messy, busy, unpredictable… real.

Because progress shouldn’t rely on perfection.
And consistency shouldn’t feel like punishment.

It should feel doable. Repeatable. Sustainable.

Training that makes you feel strong in your life, not controlled by a plan.

Nutrition that supports you, not something you’re constantly trying to “stay on track” with.

Habits that actually fit who you are, not who you think you should be.

And when that clicks… everything changes.
Not just your body, but your relationship with yourself.

To sum it up, if you want extreme, quick fixes… I’m not your coach. If you want something sustainable, life-changing, and real, I probably am. 🫶
