After a weekend without a game we are back at it this Saturday as we enter the County Cup.

Durham are sitting mid table in Division 1 so this will be a big test for us.

We are absolutely up for it though having already beaten Div 1 opposition in a different competition.
As the underdogs with nothing to lose we intend to have a right go at them.

Any support would be greatly appreciated 👍

We return home this weekend to take on our neighbours from Wingate.

It would be great to see plenty of people there to support two local sides.

Admission is free and you can also enjoy a pint pitchside if you like.

We don’t need Andy Burnhams permission around here 😉

Everyone at the club would like to send their deepest condolences to the family and friends of local referee Brandon Grimes, who has lost his life in tragic circumstances whilst on holiday.

Aged just 26, Brandon had his whole life ahead of him, and a bright future as a match official.

Sadly that has been taken from him, and we hope those responsible are brought to justice.

In the meantime our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by Brandon’s passing.

RIP Ref ⚽️❤️⚽️
