Rock up is home for beginner runners, we meet on differing days & at differing times... Ru&r are supported runs.
We are LIRF trained (Leaders in running fitness) & covered by England Athletics. We are very passionate about running & fitness but equally like to bring some fun & laughter to our runs too...
