We've got some new faces and responsibilities happening in the Tigresses Camp tjos Preseason.

Please join in welcoming Victoria Stiven as the Captain for the 26/27 Season.

And give the warmest of welcomes to Caitlin, Emma and (although she has been assisting the team for a year now) Zaylie to the squad.

Our U13s have made some good use of this glorious weather!

The first was a trip across the border to Cornwall’s Adrenaline Quarry. Once on the water park, the boys were quick to try and stamp their authority on the participating coaches, however, the boys were quick to learn about the coaches superhuman, Thor-like, strengh, and sent the boys into the water on numerous occasions. Maybe next year boys!

Next, we spent the morning at Central Park’s Pitch and putt for the Argaum U13’s Golf Open ⛳️.

A new sport to many, apart from one who rocked up with glove on, golf bag & trolley, like a seasoned pro. It didn’t stop the boys bringing out their competitive edge.

Well done to; Theo, Jacob and Logan S for winning within their groups, to Austin and Luke who, whilst 2nd and 3rd in their group, also came 2nd and joint 3rd respectively overall, and James for squeezing in the top 5!

Always recruiting - for boys just finished year 7, going into year 8. Training starts back up this Sunday, 10am.

** Match Announcements **

Next weekend our Senior teams put into practice what they have been working on so far during the Pre Season.

The Tigresses host the Brixham Sirens Womens Rugby at a very dry looking Bickleigh Down for a T1 Touch fixture for both the teams to blow the cobwebs out, and have a social with good friends we don't get to see very often since the league splits in Devon.

Then a evening fixture for the Chiefs against Liskeard Looe RFC has been moved up to Cross In Hand, Ivybridge to allow for a full contact match. Its been a minute since the teams met, and with this being H's first game at the wheel, it is squaring up to be a good one.

Club

It's that time in preseason to introduce some new roles and faces that H has introduced so far.

Dan Smith continues in the Captains Role into this season, with Adam Walker picking up some Coaching Responsibilities.

We also have the powerhouse that is Matthew Tatman coming on board for Strength & Conditioning.

After a spell a way from the club and sport, we'd like to welcome Bailey Howe and Tobby Studds back in, and give a very warm welcome to new signings Joseva, Ryan and Simon.

Preseason prep continues, Tuesdays and Thursdays, all abilities and experience welcome.

Juniors Recruitment

Our u11s have already been training fot a few weeks now, but with the start of the summer holidays here, we would like to open the doors for anyone new or old players to come and get involved.

Its great way to burn energy, socialise and work on important skills like team work and fitness.

The first 6 weeks of training is free, so coming along and giving it ago, even if you are ensure, is absolutely fine!

Training is at our field at 18:00 on a Friday.
