The water is calling to you this summer, but you have to be ready. Swim Safe is a free water safety programme that teaches kids aged 7 to 14 how to stay safe in the sea.

Through a series of activities in fun expert-led sessions, you can learn how to avoid or respond to emergencies, potential life-saving skills, and the dangers of Plymouth Sound in particular.

With the latest weather forecast, we will be extending our opening hours throughout the week, giving you even more time to enjoy a swim at one of Plymouth's most iconic locations.

💙 Tuesday: 10:00am – 7:30pm
💙 Wednesday: 6:30am – 7:30pm
💙 Thursday: 10:00am – 7:30pm
💙 Friday: 6:30am – 7:30pm
💙 Saturday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
💙 Sunday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
